Do you take my insurance? We take most PPO plans. Give our office us a call or submit your insurance information below and we will check your benefits for you. If we are out-of-network with your insurance and have financial difficulties paying the out of network rate, don’t worry. We will work with you so you can afford the great care you deserve.
Do you accept HSA or FSA credit cards as forms of payment? Yes, but you may need a doctor's prescription to qualify the necessity of therapy. Check your FSA/HSA plan.
Do I need a physician’s referral for Physical Therapy? If you are going through insurance, generally yes with few exceptions. We always ask for your primary doctor or referring physician so we can keep them in the loop.
Do you accept Medicare? Yes, we are contracted with Medicare.

Physical Therapy session
55 minutes - $175
Full treatment consists of corrective exercise, manual therapy and retraining to body to be more efficient and lower the strain on targeted joints for decreased pain and improved freedom of movement. (Telehealth options available)
